Welcome!
I am a PhD candidate in Economics at the University of Southern California, specializing in macroeconomics, international and development economics.

In my job market paper, I focus on the sources of disparate growth and structural change experiences among sub-Saharan African countries. To accomplish this, I construct economic growth and sectoral allocation data from original sources, use an empirical decomposition to help better characterize the facts reflected in these data, and develop a quantitative structural model to provide a lens through which I interpret the facts.
